After you pay a $75 refundable deposit, we will send you a custom apartment list based on your consultation feedback. Take a few days to review your options, share your top choices, and we’ll schedule your in-person or virtual tours. The deposit is refunded if we receive a referral from the apartment you lease with, so be sure to let leasing agents know you heard about the community through us.
We handle all the scheduling for your apartment tours, ensuring a smooth experience. We will make sure the route makes sense, so you are not driving all over the place. And, if you would like, we can have a tour day where we attend the tours with you or on your behalf.
When you are ready to apply, we can assist you with process, should you have questions. Remember to choose Blind Move as your realtor/referral on the application. Then, once approved, all that’s left is to do is wait on your welcome letter and sign the lease.
Once you sign your lease, we’ll gather all you move-in information from your welcome letter, so we know when to refund the deposit. When we confirm the commission with the community, we will promptly refund your $75 deposit upon move in.
Typically, apartments priced under $1500 for a 1 bedroom or under $1900 for 2 bedrooms do not pay referral fees to apartment locators, thus not covering the commission that enables our $75 service fee to be refundable. However, your housing needs are our priority. To assist you in finding suitable accommodations, we have curated a list of budget-friendly apartments that usually fall under our standard price points.
